Location: Custom Manufacturing, Clinton, WI
Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly
Work Schedule: 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (6:00 - 4:30) with
optional overtime on Fridays when needed
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join
our manufacturing team. This position involves a variety of tasks, including
assembling boardwalk panels, layout and drilling of I-beams, processing lumber,
and occasional machine operation. The ideal candidate will be physically fit,
detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble boardwalk panels according to specifications
- Layout and drill I-beams for bridges accurately and
effectively
- Process lumber and other materials for projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Basic hand tool proficiency
- Ability to read prints, follow instructions, and work
independently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not
required
- Welding Experience is a plus, but not required
